Crocheted Slippers are awesome!  (Your feet will love these.) I love slippers all year around, especially when you walk around on hard wood floors and tile. This crochet pattern is simple and quick to create.  Make a pair for yourself  or as a gift.  This slipper fits a woman adult size 6 1/2.  To lengthen these slippers for larger feet all you need to do is repeat row 7 for desired length.

Toe Strap

Take  2 strands of yarn measuring 2 yard in length. Take a darning needle and poke needle through sole (all three layers) and back up through the sole (all three layers) and pull the strands of yarn so both ends of the strands are even, giving you two equal lengths. Then take these two pieces in each hand and tie a knot at the base of sole to keep the yarn from moving. Take 2 strands at a time and Ch 20 then tie off. After making the Ch attach a darning needle to the tails of  the ch strands and sew to the sole in shown manner, toward the heal of the sole.
