Step 1: Getting Started

This thoughtful crocheted checker board is so fun and so easy to make!  This is such a great idea for gifts to the kids, or to a friend. Make the checker board in any color you desire - the color of the holidays or your favorite football team work great. It folds up small (think purse perfect) and can travel with you to a coffee house, or the school yard.  You will have hours of fun playing checkers with your kids, or a friend. Don’t forget to grab a bag of M&M’s to use for the checker pieces.

*For easier Color Changes Hold both colors in your hands only using one color at a time while dragging the other color along.
