Crochet Flowers - Daisies

This daisy appliqué was requested. It was Crochet in Pink but don’t limit the colors! Yellow or blue whatever you need. It was made from sized 3 light yarn and a Size F crochet hook. Easy Fun and Fast!

Materials: Light weight 3 yarn, Size F Crochet hook, and Darning needle

 

CH = Chain

SL = Slip Crochet

SC = Single Crochet

HDC = Half Double Crochet

DC = Double Crochet

TR = Treble Crochet

 

Peddles: Pink

Base: CH 15, SL to 1st CH made, turn.

Rnd 1: *Ch 7, 3 SL, rep from * 4 more times, do not turn work.

Rnd 2: * In CH 7 sp (SC,  HDC, 2 DC, 2 TR, CH 3, 2 TR, 2 DC, HDC, SC), SK 1 sp, SL in next sp, SK 1 sp, Rep from * 4 more times, On last rep end with SL to 1st SC made, Tie off, Hide string.

 

Center of flower: Gray

Attach yarn to center of base of Prev CH 15 on peddles, working in the free loops:

Rnd 1: 15 SC (in free center loops), SL to 1st SC made, CH 1, turn.

Rnd 2:  *SC2tog, Rep from * around, End with SC, SL to 1st SC made, Tie off and leave long tail.

Take the Tail from Round 2 and with a darning needle weave tail in and out of Rnd 2, Pull yarn to shut center of flower, Tie off and hide string.
