Easy Burp Cloth

Step 1: Your Supplies

No worries about sewing - this craft project is easy to create and hard to mess up!

Difficulty: Easy to Intermediate

Materials:

Cloth diapers

Fabric

Rotary cutter or scissors

Sewing Machine

Step 2: Getting Started

Instructions:

Buy a pack of cloth diapers and wash and dry them before sewing to pre-shrink.

Then measure the space that you are going to want covered by fabric.  Mine measured about  4" x 17".

If fabric will frey when washed then make sure to cut enough to iron your edges under- a great time saving tip is to cut a peice of cardboard for a template (cereal boxes work great for templates) and straight edge for ironing.  You may want to use a cardboard template too if you are making several to save some time on measuring and cutting your fabric.
