Row 2:  2 sc in each sc around, 16 st.
Row 3:  *1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc*, repeat from * to * around, 24 st. Join with sl st and end, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Finishing:  Fold up the bottom part of the ghost at the neck.  Begin sewing the neck bottom to the inside of the neck, leaving a gap to add stuffing.  Stuff head firmly, and finish sewing the neck bottom if you do not want to use for a finger puppet- Weave in ends.  Stuffing the ghost this way allows the bottom portion of the ghost to be shaped any way you like, and it will still stand up.
Enjoy your ghost!  Boo!
