Heart Print Craft

This is one of my favorite quotes!  (I wish I could find the source of where I found it, but really wanted to make a craft to incorporate it into.)  I got to thinking I love handprint crafts and love plates for displaying so why not combine the best of both worlds! I used a paint pen with this one but if you lack handwriting skills like me I would recommend vinyl lettering. This would make a great keepsake gift for any occasion!

 

Difficulty: Easy

Materials:

Plate

Fabric Paint

Paint

 

Directions:

Use Fabric Paint to paint child's hand and press to plate. I would recommend practicing on a paper before you use a plate but don't worry if you make a mistake- baby wipes or paper towel with water will wipe away any mistake if done within minutes of painting. Once you have finished painting, let dry.

 

Add lettering with a paint pen or vinyl. The heart can be painted with your fingertip or eraser of a pencil if you do not have a brush on hand.
