Home Blocks

These blocks are another fun way to use those 2x4 scraps of wood you have hangin' around!

Materials:

2x4 scrap wood

Scrap book paper

Modge podge

Scrapbook embellishments

Craft paint

Foam brush

Sand paper

Directions:

Paint sides of blocks and let dry. Sand edges to give a faded look. Print large letter in black on scrapbook paper and cut to size- make sure they measure slightly smaller than the block so the sanded edges show.  Modge podge paper to the blocks and flatten with a card to smooth out air bubbles.  Let dry for at least an hour, then cover the front with Modge Podge and foam brush. Let dry, apply embellishment with Modge podge glue.
