Step 2: Craft Tutorial

First Spray paint entire table- top and bottom using White Spray paint. You can paint it black if your material is a darker color but if you have a lighter color fabric you will want to paint white under the parts where you lay the fabric so the paint doesn't show through. Once its painted, let dry for at least an hour or follow the recommended time.

When it is all dry- take the table apart by removing the screws on each side with a screw driver or drill with screwdriver attachment, depending on which model table you have there should be about 4 screws on each side so it should go quickly.

Next, using the black spray- paint the sides and legs of the table. It may take two cans to completely cover it.  While the paint is drying- use a staple gun to attach fabric and vinyl. However, vinyl is optional and if you don't have any on hand you can always use a vinyl picnic table cover material instead of fabric and vinyl- but you will want a slick surface either way.

Step 3: Finishing Up

Once your fabric is in place and your paint is dry- you can reassemble your table. It may be a little tighter fit with fabric on it but it will fit. Here is the finished product- done in no time at all!
