Hand warmers are the best! Being able to keep your hands warm as still work your finger is a major plus to doing crafts, typing, and odd jobs around the house. These warmers are a small size.

 

Materials: Bernat Sock yarn, four knitting sock needles, Size f Crochet hook

K = Knit

P = Purl

Inc = Increase by Knit in both front and back loops

WFC = Work Front Cross (using 2 sts)K second st on left needle, don’t drop of needle yet, then K in the first st then drop both sts off needle.

 

Cast On: 33

Rnd 1-12: *K1, P1, Rep from * around working in Spiral fashion, End with K having 1st and last K side by side.

Row 13: Inc *P1, K1, Rep from * to last st, Inc, Turn work not longer work in Spiral form for thumb hole.

Row 14 and all even rows until row 28: P across, turn work.

Row 15:* K2, WFC, rep from * around to last 3 sts, K3, turn.

Row 17: K3, *K2, WFC, Rep from * around to last 4 sts, K4, turn.

Row 19: K2, *K2, WFC, Rep from * around to last 5 sts, K5, turn.

Row 21: K3, *WFC, K2, rep from * around, turn.

Row 23-31: Rep Row 15-22

Rnd 31: Rep row 15 but this time do not turn work but work in spiral fashion again.

Rnd 32 and every even row: K around.

Rnd 33: Rep row 17 but this time do not turn work, work in spiral fashion.

Rnd 35: Rep row 19 but this time do not turn work, work in spiral fashion.

Rnd 37: Rep row 21 but this time do not turn work, work in spiral fashion.

Rnd 39: Rep row 15 but this time do not turn work but work in spiral fashion again.

Loosly cast off.

Take Crochet hook and SC around the thumb opening .
