Layered Felt Heart Magnet

Layering different colors of felt gives this adorable heart magnet dimension. A great idea for a teacher's gift or to dress up your own refrigerator or filing cabinet!

What you need

• 5 different colors of felt that compliment each other
• 1 button
• Needle and thread
• Small magnet
• Hot glue gun

What you do

Cut a heart from the colored felt that you want to be in the front. Use that heart as a template and cut out a second heart a little bit larger than the first. Continue until you have all 5 hearts cut out, one a little larger that the one before it.

Holding all the hearts together, use needle and thread to sew a button to the center, sewing through all 5 layers of felt.

Tie off and knot in the back and hot glue a magnet to the back.
