You need: blue and yellow felt, thread and needle, scissors, paper
How to:From the piece of paper make a cone, try it on to be sure it fits! After you have the correct shape, mark it on the blue felt and cut it out.
Sew the ends together.Repeat the process with the yellow felt, making a star and a moon, or whatever other motifs your magician prefers.
