    This is one of those famous sayings that every Mom would love to have for Mothers Day- and all it takes is a little bit of scrapbook paper and Modge Podge finished in ribbon!

    Materials:

    Scrapbook paper

    vinyl lettering or printer

    wood block 1" thick

    Modge Podge

    Ribbon

    Directions:

    1. Outline paper using wood block. 2. Cut paper- paper cutters work best. 3. Glue paper to block and smooth out bubbles with a card- let dry for an hour before applying vinyl.
