If you are looking for an easy way to dress up your Halloween party, these mummy napkin holders are just the thing. Easy to make and cute to look at, this is a fun Halloween craft for kids!
you will needcardboard tube
white construction paperscrap of black construction paper
glue stickwiggle eyes
white craft gluescissors
Cut the cardboard tube into 2" rings.
Tear the white construction paper into strips. Apply glue stick to a strip and wrap it around the ring. Repeat, overlapping the layers until all rings are covered.
Roll up napkins and insert into mummy napkin rings!
