Photo Magnet Board

This is a great way to display your favorite photos or drawings from your favorite people! This is made from sheet metal and a 2x4 cut to size but is a simple craft even for those who don't do a lot of wood working.

Materials:

2x4

Sheet metal

Craft Paint

Foam Brush

Vinyl lettering or Stencil

If you do not know how to cut wood or sheet metal- your local Lowe's or Home Depot should be able to make all the cuts for you and as long as you buy the materials from them- its free! 1. Cut wood the length you want (mine measures 27") 2. cut a 1/2 inch angled slit in top of wood all the way down the center measuring a 1/4" from the front so the sheet metal lays just right.  3. Cut Sheet metal ( mine measures 8"x 26"). You want the metal to measure about an inch shorter than the wood. 4. Paint wood and let dry. Apply vinyl or use stencil letters when wood is dry and place sheet metal in slit.
