Scarecrow Hat for Halloween
You need: sackcloth, thread and needle, scissors, paper, pen, stuffing (it can be stuffing from an old pillow, thin paper or even plastic bags)
How to: make a cone from the paper and cut it out. Try it on to be sure it fits. Cut a donut from the paper, with the inside circle as big as the base of the cone this will be the brim of your hat.Mark these on the sackcloth and cut out the pieces.
Sew the edges of the cone from the sack cloth and fill them with the stuffing. By itself, the sackcloth won’t stay up.
