Valentine Clay Candy Dish

Supplies Needed:

Clay pot  4”

Drip tray 4”

Glass bowl

1 ½” wooden ball with flat edge

Black Paint

Clear coat sealer

E-6000 Glue

Ribbon

Candy

Paint clay pot, drip tray and wooden ball with black paint.  Cover well and let dry completely.  Spray with clear coat.   Clean and dry glass bowl.  Turn pot upside down  and run E-6000 glue (or similar) around raised edge.  Center glass bowl on the glued area.  Glue wooden ball to the center of the drip tray.  Tie bow where the glass bowl and the clay pot meet.  Fill bowl with candy. The drip tray is the lid for the candy bowl.  I like to change out the ribbon and candy to coincide with the holiday or season.
