Bazaar Craft Projects - Smartie Pants

Instructions:

1. Cut a scrap of fabric 2 inches by 3 inches.

2. Sew around 3 sides, sew up the center lengthwise from bottom, stitching twice with a small gap between. Carefully cut between this stitching.

3. Fill with smarties or small sweets and gather up top by hand now you have a pair of pants.
