Free Recipes - Popcorn Cookies
Ingredients: 4 teaspoons margarine,
melted; 1 1/2 cups minced popped
corn; 2 egg whites; 2/3 cup of sugar; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon vanilla; blanched, toasted
almonds.

Directions: Add margarine to popped corn. Beat egg whites
until stiff. Add sugar gradually. Add to corn mixture. Add salt and vanilla.
Drop mixture from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Shape into rounds.
Decorate with nuts. Bake at 325° for 7 minutes.
