Free Recipes - White Chicken Chili

Copycat Recipes Cookbook - Divine Recipes: Over 750 Secret Copycat Recipes from your Favorite Restaurants.

Ingredients: 1 Medium Onion finely chopped; 2 TBS Olive Oil; 1 (4) oz can chopped chilies, drained; 3 TBS All purpose Flour; 2 teaspoons ground cumin; 2 (15.8 oz) cans Great Northern or Navy Beans; 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth; 1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken breast; 2% Shredded Monterey Cheese; Crushed low fat Nacho chips.

Directions: In Large skillet, cook onion in oil over medium heat for 4 minutes or until transparent. Add chilies, flour and cumin; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add beans and chicken broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken; cook until hot. Garnish with cheese and nacho chips  just before serving.
