Ingredients: 2 cups apple pulp;
2 cups sugar; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin; 1/2 cup cold water; 1 cup nuts or coconut.

Directions: Soak gelatin in cold water. Add sugar to apple
pulp and cook until very thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add gelatin.
Stir until thoroughly dissolved. Add lemon juice, nuts or coconut. Pour into
shallow pan 1/2 inch deep. Cool and cut into 1/2 x 2 inch rectangles and roll in
powdered sugar.
