Gingham Pillows

Country Craft Projects - Gingham Pillows

Materials: 36" wide gingham, 5/8 yard for rectangular pillow, 3/8 yard for square pillow. Ribbon for trim. Kapok for stuffing. Sewing thread.

Instruction:

1. Cut two pieces of gingham 11" by 21" or 11" square.

2. Stitch one or two strips of ribbon down the side of one piece of gingham (see photo above).

3. Right sides together, stitch the two pillow pieces together around the edges with 1/2" seams, leaving the center of one side open.

4. Turn pillow right side out and stuff with kapok. Slipstitch opening closed.
