This skewed windmill was created for the front of a wedding scrapbook. I used fabric because I felt it would be more durable for a book front. However Iris Paper Folding is usually done with paper.

The pattern will fit an 8" x 8" book or larger.

Tips:

1. Take care when cutting to leave smooth edges.

2.When cutting front card template cut inside the line leaving the line showing. This insures that the hole is not too large.

3. Make sure that the folded edge is along the line.

4. Use tiny amounts of tape to reduce bulk.

5. Using dimensional fasteners such as foam tape will help the skewed windmill to lay flat by lifting the edges to same height as bulk.
