What You Need: Colored File Cards (index cards); Fish tank stones (in various colors); Puffy Paint; Glue (clear); Ballpoint pen; Gold! Silver paint marker.
What to do:1. Create a design to coordinate with your party theme or dinner party theme. (i.e. fish, flowers, hearts, celestial etc...)
2. Draw the pattern on the upper left corner of the place card using a ball point pen.
