What you need: Material; Khaki or Navy Poplin 1/2 yd.; Fine Percale Bias Trim -1 card to match.

What to do: Cutting: 1 piece, 9" x 13 1/2" w; 2 pieces, each 9" x 3".

1. Bind one 9" edge of each 9" x 3" piece. Place these pieces against ends of large piece, raw edges together. Baste close to edge.

2. Bind around all raw edges, binding in pockets.
