Size 10 thread;
1 ½" plastic ring;
Size 5 (1.90mm) steel crochet hook.

Picot (p): ch 3, sc in 3rd ch from hook
Instructions:
Row 1: Join thread with sc to ring, sc evenly around until ring is
completely covered, join with sl st to first sc.
Row 2: Ch1, sc in same st as joining, * sk 4 sts, (4 tr, p, 4 tr) in next
st, sk 4 sts, sc in next st, repeat from * 5 more times, finish off.
