Dip cornucopia in a heavy starch solution or fabric stiffener. As cornucopia dries, form into shape bending wires at same time.

Easy Fabric Stiffener Recipe: 1 part white craft glue (such as Elmer's) to 1 part water. Example: 1/2 cup glue and 1/2 cup water. Works great.
