Materials: WW cotton MC ( I used Peaches & Cream's Cream);
WW cotton CC ( I used Peaches & Creams Orange Sherbert); Size H Hook; Cute
Button; Needle and Thread.

Special Stitches: Slant V Stitch: (sc, ch1, dc) in same stitch
Difficulty: Easy
Row 1: With MC Ch 57, sc in second ch from hook and
each stitch across. (56 sc)
Row 2: Ch 1 turn, sc in same sp as ch 1, (sc, ch 1,
dc) in next st to form slant V, * sk next 2 st, (sc, ch 1, dc) in next st.
Repeat * across to last 3 sts, sk next 2 st, sc in last st. Ch 1 and turn.
Row 3-49:SC in same sp as ch 1, Work (sc, ch
1, dc) in each ch 1 sp across, sc in last st. Ch 1 and turn
Row 50: Sc in same sp as ch 1, sc in each st across.
Finish off and weave in ends. (56 sc)
Row 51: With CC join with sl st in first sc, ch 1
and sc in same sp. Sc in each st across. (56 sc)
52: Ch 1 (To decrease-draw up a loop in each of the
next two sc, yo, pull through all three loops on hook), sc dec across. (28 sc)
Row: 53-63: (To decrease-draw up a loop in each of
the next two sc, yo, pull through all three loops on hook). Decrease over the
first 2 sc, sc in each st across until last 2 sc, decrease over last 2 sc. Ch 1,
turn (6 sc)
Row 64-76: Sc in same sp as ch 1, sc in each sc
across. (6 sc)
Row 77: This will be for the button hole: Sc in
first sc, ch 4, sk next 4 sc, sc in last sc. Ch 1 turn.
Row 78: Sc in frist sc, sc in each of the next 4
chs, sc in last sc. Ch 1 turn
Row 79: Decrease ove the first 2 sc, decrease over
next 2 sc, decrease over last 2 sc. Ch 1 turn. (3 sc)
Edging: Sc evenly around entire towel, working 3 sc in each
corner. Join with sl st to first sc of edging. Fasten off. Weave in ends. Fold
over top of towel to mark and sew button.
