1st Round: Ch 1, * 1 s c, 3 d c, 1 s c in ring, repeat from * 4
times, Sl st in ring.
2nd Round: * Ch 3, skip 3 d c, keeping petals to front, insert
hook from back in space between next 2 s c and sl st over ring, repeat
from * 4 times (5 loops).
3rd Round: Ch 1, * 1 s c, 1 s d c, (s d c = short double
crochet) 5 d c, 1 s d c, 1 s c in next loop (s d c: yarn over hook, insert in
loop, pull loop through, yarn over and pull through all loops at one time),
repeat from * 4 times, join.
4th Round: Ch
2, * keeping petal to front, insert hook from back between 2nd and 3rd d c of
next petal, sl st over ch of same petal, ch 5, repeat from * all around,
join in 1st sl st
5th Round: Ch 1, then work 1 sc, 1 s d c, 7 d c, 1 s d c, 1 sc in
each loop, join in 1st s c, cut yarn.
6th Round: Attach Dk. Green in space between the 7th d c and s d
c of any petal, * 2 cluster sts with ch 3 between in space between next 2 s c,
sl st in space between next s d c and 1st d c of next petal, ch 3, sl st
in space between 7th d c and next s d c of same petal, repeat from * all
around ending to correspond, join, cut yarn.
7th ROUND: Attach Black in any ch 3 loop between cluster sts, 3 s
c in same space, * 1 s d c in next sl st, 3 s d c in next ch 3 loop, 1 s
d c in next sl st, 3 s c in next loop, repeat from * all around ending to
correspond, join in 1st s c.
8th Round: Ch 3 (counts as 1st d c), working in back loop of each
st 1 d c in each remaining st, join in 3rd st of ch.
Next 6 Rounds: Ch
3, working in both loops 1 d c in each st, join in 3rd st of ch, cut
yarn.
Next Round-Start Brim: Attach Dk. Green in any st, working in
