Secure a chain of 10 to each bottom side of vest to tie closed in back. With fabric paint….place 5 or 6 small dots to front of vest to represent buttons. Collar trim: Attach thread in center back, (ch 3, sc in next st) across Fasten off. Use a small dress hook to close. No need for an eye, just hook it into the other side of the collar.
