Instructions:
Ch 40
Row 1: tr 2, ch 2, skip 2 ch,, repeat from * to *, ch 3, turn
Row 2: tr 2, ch 2, skip 2 ch, repeat from * to *, ch 3 , turn
Row 3: tr every space from * to *
Repeat 19 times.
