Free Halloween Craft Projects - Witch Bowl

What you need: 1 fish bowl or similar container; black construction paper; scissors; glue; Halloween candy.

What to do:

1. Fill the bowl with candy.

2. Make a witch hat from the construction paper with scissors and glue.

3. Place the hat on top of the witch bowl for a cover.
