Halloween Craft Projects - Glowing Ghosts

What you need: Average balloons, newspaper, Elmer's glue, water, 2  glow sticks,  white spray paint, fishing line, thin white fabric about 5 ft. 

What to do:

Step 1. Blow up balloons.

Step 2: Rip newspaper in strips, dip in glue and place on balloons let dry.

Step 3: Pop and paint.

Step 4: Place fishing line in top of head from top, tie to glow sticks and place inside. 

Step 5: Place fabric on top and tie with string at bottom and hang.
