Crafts For Kids - Eggshell Garden

Whoever thought that eggshells could be used as flower pots? This is a fun craft project for Easter too because you can use colored egg shells.

What you need: 1 eggshell (broken in half); 1 small piece of sponge; grass seed (available at garden supply stores); water.

What to do:

1. Place the piece of sponge into the eggshell. Wet the sponge.

2. Sprinkle grass seed on top of the sponge.

3. Sprinkle a little water on the sponge every day.

4. The grass should start growing in a week.
