For Kids - Daisy Chain

A fun necklace project to make.
What You Need: 1 sheet of tracing paper; pencil; scissors;
white, yellow, and green construction paper; paper paste.
What to do:
1. Trace the flower shape below (a), onto a sheet of
tracing paper.
2. Cut out the tracing and, using it as a pattern, trace the
flower onto white construction paper as many times as you will want flowers.
3. Trace the bud below, shape (b), onto tracing paper.
4. Cut out the tracing and, using it as a pattern, trace the bud onto yellow
construction paper multiple times.
5. Trace the leaf, shape c, onto tracing paper.
6. Cut out the tracing and, using it as a pattern, trace the leaf onto green
construction paper multiple times.
7. Cut out all the flowers, buds, and leaves, from the construction paper.
8. Cut along the dotted lines on the flowers, (Fig. a) to form the petals.
9. Paste the buds to the center of the flowers.
10. Paste a flower to a flower at the ends.
11. Glue the flowers into a circle large enough to fit over your head
or as large as you want to make the chain.
12. Glue the leaves onto the underside of some of the flowers.
