Approximate Size: 10 X 104 inches (without fringe)

Materials: Sport yarn, 4 ply (4-oz) 2 skeins each A, B and C (colors of choice). No. 8 Knitting needles.

Scarf is worked in Garter Stitch (K every row).

Pattern: With A cast on 50 sts. * K 16 rows A, join B, K 2 rows, Cut B, K 15 rows A; Cut A. K 16 rows B; K 2 rows C. Cut C, K 16 rows B; Cut B. K 16 rows C, K 2 rows A. Cut A, K 16 rows C. Cut C. * Rep between *'s until 10 pats of 102 rows each have been completed. K 16 rows A. Bind off. Sew in ends.

Fringe: Wrap A around a 12-inch cardboard 72 times. B and C 64 times. Cut at 1 end. Beg with A, in first bound off st, * knot 1 strand in each of first 2 sts, B in each of 2 sts, C in next 2 sts; rep from *, end with A in each of last 2 sts. Fringe other end in same way. Trim evenly.
