206 Patchwork Quilt Patterns: The Famous Ruby McKim Book Plus A Bonus Of 105 Vintage Patterns.
1. Stitch bandanas together, alternating colors, making three strips of four bandanas each. Sew the strips together side by side.
2. Cut and piece the fabric to fit the quilt. Place fabric and quilt with right sides together and stitch together around the four sides, leaving a small opening for turning.
3. Place cotton batting all over quilt, piecing as necessary. Baste in place, being careful not to go through other side. Turn quilt right side out and slipstitch opening closed.
4. Anchor cotton batting in place by making a tie in the center of each bandana with crochet cotton. To anchor still more, work a row of running stitches around outer edge of quilt.
