Peach Dreams

What you need: 1 pound lard or shortening;
1 cup boiling water.
What to do:
Mix above with mixer or potato masher, let cool. When cool add 4 cups
flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt. Mix well, makes 9 pie shells.
Freezes well. Easy to roll out.

Ingredients:
1 can peach halves
2 tbs. butter
1 pkg. marshmallows
3 tbs. sugar
1 tbs. cornstarch
Directions: Place peach halves in a shallow pan, place a
marshmallow in center of each and place in oven until brown. Allow to cool. Make
a sauce of the juice by adding the butter, sugar and cornstarch. Cool until
thick, chill. Place a peach in sherbet dish, cover with sauce and chill again.
Garnish with spoon of whipped cream, a maraschino cherry or chopped nuts and add
a sprig of mint if desired.
