Kids Favorite (even the picky ones)
8 Pork Cutlets
2 cups flour
4 Eggs
Lil Cream
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
Oil
1 Large Family Can of Mushroom Soup
Mix Eggs well in small bowl add a little cream, Dip each cutlet in Egg
mixture and then Flour Well. I usually dip and flour once again for real
covered cutlets. Fry in hot oil till brown on both sides... Then salt and
pepper each one, then top with paprika to your taste. Then put all fried
cutlets in large baking pan (lasagna pan will do) In large bowl add
mushroom soup and more cream till kinda runny....your liking will
do....Then pour over cutlets, and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes
or until real bubbly....serve with favorite veggies!!
