Worlds Best Pecan Pie

Ingredients: 3 eggs;
1 cup light brown sugar ( packed);
1 cup dark corn syrup ( light can be used );
1 Tbsp. flour;
1 and 1/2 cup broken pecans ( halves );
2 tsp. vanilla;
2 Tbsp. real butter ( melted );
1 8 inch unbaked pie shell.
Preparation: Beat eggs slightly. Add remaining ingredients in the order given. Pour
mixture into unbaked pie shell . Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in oven
of 350 degrees.
Pineapple Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups cooked rice
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups light cream or evaporated milk
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
Directions:
Beat eggs and add to cooked rice. Stir in salt and
sugar. Add milk, then pineapple, stirring to blend and turn into a buttered
quart baking dish and bake in a pan of hot water in a slow over for one hour.
Serve with crushed pineapple or cream. Serves 6.
