Projects - Grapevine Heart
What you need: 1 heart shaped grapevine wreath; small satin and/or wooden hearts; 1 small plush bear (available at craft supply
stores); pink, red and white roses with green leaves; baby's breath dried florals; hot glue gun and glue sticks;
White and red acrylic paints.
What to do:
1. Paint the wooden hearts red and allow to dry. Then paint message you wish
to place on the hearts with white paint and allow to dry. Skip this process for satin hearts but you may sew your messages on with
white embroidery thread.
2. While paint is drying on hearts arrange your
rosebuds, green leaves and baby's breath around wreath as desired. Leave bottom
point of wreath empty to place bear.
3. When desired arrangement has been
achieved, glue each item in place with hot glue gun.
4. Glue bear at bottom point of wreath and glue a wooden or satin heart in one of the bears hands.
5. Place a wire hoop at the top center of the wreath for hanging. You may dress the
bear if you like.
