What you need: 1 plain pink, red or white headband; 1 pkg. Recollections® puffy Valentine stickers (variety small heart pack); hot glue gun and glue stick.
What to do:1. Place the puffy heart stickers randomly (as in photo) where you would like them on the head band.
NOTE: It is not necessary to place them near the seam as this part will be under hair at back of head.
