You can get all of these gift items from your local dollar store, so
this is really an inexpensive gift that just appears costly.

Materials: 1-ballon on a stick; stuffed Valentine's Day
bear; chocolates in a heart shaped box; red roses and hearts bouquet;
gift bag, about 12" high x 7or8" wide; bags of candy treats.
Instructions:
1. Fill the bottom of the gift bag with bags of candies of choice.
2. Sit the bear on top of the candy bags.
3. Place the balloon on a stick and bouquet of flowers toward the
back. Push the stems down to the bottom of the bag. Refer to photo.
4. Sit the small heart shaped box of chocolates on top, next to the
bear.
5. Add a loving note or greeting card.
