Victorian Craft Projects - Victorian Lampshade

What you need: 1- 10", white, plain lampshade; small floral stencils; Stencil sponge stick; Stenciling paints (variety of floral colors) greens, burgundy, pink, fuscia, lavender, rose; 1 1/2 yds. of Lace or fringe trim; hot glue gun/glue sticks.

1. Secure stencil in place with tape. Brush on paint carefully to create design using appropriate colors.

2. Continue this process all around lampshade until desired effect is achieved. Be careful not to disturb areas already painted. You may want to wait for each design to dry completely before applying the next.

3. Glue the trim all around the top and bottom of lampshade.
