Victorian Craft Projects - Napkin Rings

What you need: Cardboard tubes (from inside paper towels); glue gun/glue sticks; scrap pieces of rick-rack, gold braid or lace; small sprigs of silk flowers or fruit; self adhering shelf liner (floral print or silver/gold for a more elegant appearance).

What to do:

1. Cut tube into several 2" rounds.

2. Glue paper onto tubes and trim.

3. Place rick-rack, gold braid, pearls lace or  trim of choice around edges and glue into place with glue gun.

4. Glue one sprig of flowers or fruit to center top of each holder.
