Christmas Projects - Christmas Log
What You Need: Three tree branches about 5" in diameter 10" long;
drill; 1 taper candle (red, green or white); Glue gun/glue stick; 2 Small red velvet bows;
2 small plastic holly clusters with berries; small green ball ornaments; Spray snow (optional).
What to do:
- Choose one of the tree branches and drill a circle in the center of one side
(lengthwise), large enough to hold the taper candle.
- Glue the other two logs together side by side for base. Glue the log with
the hold on top of the other two logs (centered lengthwise with hole facing
upward.
- Put the taper candle into the hole.
- Glue holly clusters with berries on both sides of the taper candle base,
atop of the top log.
- Insert green balls into each cluster or arrange as desired around candle
base.
- Glue bows in place on both sides of the logs.
(Optional) Slightly spray entire log centerpiece with spray snow.
