Christmas Craft Projects - Christmas Gift Bags

What you need: Brown paper bags; Christmas shaped craft sponges or stamps; Inked stamp pads or paints (red and green); festive roping for handles; glue or stapler.

What to do:

1. Lay the paper bags out and flatten..

2. Draw penciled lines across the paper bag so stamping is even or you may randomly place your stamp shapes on the paper bag in no particular order.

3. Dab the stamps in the inked pad color of choice. Or use sponges with paint. Note: When using sponges it is best to stamp them onto newspaper a few times to get the excess paint off before using them on your gift bags.

4. Begin creating your paper design by stamping/sponging your shapes onto the paper bag in the order you have decided upon. Allow to dry completely before using.

5. Glue or staple ends of festive roping to inside of both wide sides of bag.
