What you need: 1 small plastic jar or baby food jar with lid; 1 holiday recipe; small piece of red felt; hard mint candies; hot glue gun and glue stick; 1 mini clothespin; 2 tulle rounds (red or white) 1 plastic fork.
What to do:
1. Remove lid and slit a hole in the center.
2. Fill jar with mint candies and replace lid.
2. Measure and cut 2 tulle rounds about 1 inch larger than lid. Cut a slit in tulle layers to match slit in lid.
3. Glue the tulle rounds to the lid of the jar.
4. Cut red felt to fit size of cover top. Cover tulle with red felt and glue in place. Cut a slit in felt to match the lid slit.
5. Insert the fork, tine side up to hold the recipe. Glue around the base to keep fork secure.
6. You may tie a ribbon bow around glued area of fork.
7. Place recipe card in for tines.
