5 Fun Family Craft Projects for The Christmas Holidays

1. Making custom Christmas cards - This year consider printing your own festive high quality artistic looking Christmas cards complete with your personalized message. Write your festive greeting using any word processor, print the text onto a greeting card paper and to really make it unique glue some buttons and ribbons on the paper. For the really crafty amongst us, consider together with your personalized message to print a picture of the family (don't forget the house dog or cat as well).

2. Making custom candle designs - Using your home printer any image such as pictures, animation or even text could be printed onto a temporary tattoo paper sheet and applied on a plain candle. The temporary tattoo paper is non-toxic and extremely easy to work with making it perfect for craft making. The plain candles are normally non-expensive and if you don't like the result you can simply scrub off and start again.

3. Making custom fridge magnets - For those with a real creative side, Inkjet magnetic paper sheet is an innovative product which is truly fantastic for creating festive craft work. The back of each sheet is magnetic so you can easily cut and affix the sheet to fridges and metal doors. Because you can easily cut the sheet, couple of sheets are enough for the entire family.

4. Making custom apron designs - Buy a plain white Apron from your local shop and again using your home Inkjet printer print an image or text onto a transfer paper and iron onto the apron for fabulous results. Transfer Paper are available for light or dark color fabrics and even with a festive glitter look. In addition to printing onto an apron, you could also try a cotton bag or even a t-shirt.

5. Making custom laptop skin designs - Bring your dull plastic or metal looking laptop to life. Print an image onto a glossy sticker paper sheet, cut the sheet to your size and apply onto your laptop cover. Consider starting a fun competition between family members for the best design to cover the family's laptop. Enjoy your Christmas.
